class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quand la communication devient difficile<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La communication est au c\u0153ur de la relation parent-enfant, mais elle n\u2019est pas toujours simple.<br>Un enfant exprime souvent ses besoins \u00e0 travers ses \u00e9motions \u2013 col\u00e8re, opposition, silence \u2013 tandis que le parent r\u00e9agit avec ses propres codes, sa fatigue ou son stress.<br>Petit \u00e0 petit, le dialogue se tend, les incompr\u00e9hensions s\u2019installent et chacun a le sentiment de ne plus \u00eatre entendu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure bienveillante ne signifie pas tout accepter.<br>Elle consiste \u00e0 poser des rep\u00e8res clairs tout en respectant les \u00e9motions de chacun.<br>Ce travail permet d\u2019apaiser les conflits, de
